I think what she's trying to say here is not that she thinks Cordy/Angel should've hooked up, but that she wants to bang Boreanaz!
Also, what a shame that these actors clearly did not know that Eliza and Alyson weren't going to show until Ausiello told them. Amber Benson pitched a fit and CC here seems to think Eliza is hanging around.
